I prayed…#pantoum #poetry

I prayed to make him mine
To win his heart, I took a little step forward
To nurture, he invited me to dance n dine
I dated, didn’t take the step backward

To win his heart, I took a little step forward
In order not to miss any opportunity
I dated, didn’t take the step backward
To be united for eternity

In order not to miss any opportunity
Constantly paid attention
To be united for eternity
Believed in divine creation

Constantly paid attention
To nurture, he invited me to dance n dine
Believed in divine creation
I prayed to make him mine

Muse’s Mysterious love

यादों और वादों की बारात

In remembrance… #poetry

An old woman blew out
78 candles for not out
But one refused to extinguish out

A rebel blue flame
Played a word game
She whispered a forgotten name

Which hasn’t been heard in 40 years
A lost story of fears
She burst into tears

And whispered, every memory matters
Life scatters
Or life flatters

Are you bringing memories back?
An old love story that lost the track
Then keep burning in remembrance of Jack

Muse’s Mysterious love

यादों और वादों की बारात

May be, I dreamt it… #free_verse

Two
lonely souls
came
closer and closer
only to be friend
forever.

Singing,
a hobby of one.
Another,
just a listener.
Both enjoy
intimacy.

Seeking,
something.
What’s that exactly?
Not known.

Both dreamers,
feel feelings
but exactly what,
can’t open
can’t verify
can’t check on.

You kissed,
so hard.
I felt it.
But,
how to express that?
May be,
I dreamt it.

Double rainbow #free_verse

An unexpected

double rainbow

appeared within and

around me.

Unable

to control

yearning for

double rainbow.

An unsettling

feeling

that love is

attracting

two magnets of

opposite poles.

Uncoded

coding language 1111,

a new language

of love,

seems to be

emerging.

Unbelievable

but not physical

Spiritual realm is

gracing.

Key Characteristics of Free Verse:

No Fixed Rules: No set rhyme scheme or meter.

Natural Rhythm: Follows the rhythm of natural speech.

Variable Lengths: Lines can be short or long.

Emphasis on Imagery: Often focuses on vivid imagery and word choice.

Intentional Line Breaks: Breaks are used for effect, not structure.

Don’t wear a mask… #coupled_rhyme

Drag the cigarette out
And don’t hangout

No matter, how much you curse and spell
The same person ends up in hell

You’ve scattered yourself
Why do I’ve to bother myself?

Nothing is left now
Would like to trouble you, but how?

You say, beer tastes bitter
I say, You’re the fastest quitter

Fight a little battle
And try to settle

Everyone faces depression
Testing the power of love’s impression

So, honey, don’t wear a mask
Even though living life is a difficult task

Good health and good future
As you’re sensible and mature

Learn to write a coupled_ rhyme 👇

An AABBCC rhyme scheme is a rhyme pattern in which the first and second lines end with words that rhyme, the third line and fourth end with words that rhyme, and the fifth and sixth lines end with words that rhyme.

Coupled rhyme is any rhyme scheme in which rhymes occur in pairs, such as AABBCC. The rhymes themselves are called couplets.
