Words followed words,
hearts entwined,
minds blushed and lips met
as if
we were Adam and Eve
born to love.
O’ universe,
Your divine power joins our holy love.
People mock us
and blame us
as if
we have sinned before you.
O’ universe,
I can’t go back.
Do what you think is right.
Heart is aching and I feel
as if
they throw stones at me
like a biblical parable.
O’ universe,
Just as you bring
heaven and hell together,
accept us together forever
as if
we were made for each other
and give us the courage
to overcome the obstacles
that come our way.
O’ universe,
If our coming together is sin,
leave your command
and call us to you forever,
as if
you harvest the vineyard.

He loves as divine
It becomes his lifeline
Then husband is served as wine
Her husband loves her, no doubt
But he feels insecure throughout
Then tries to shout out
When he thinks he is a dropout
As a better half, he allows her
She acts as a robot without any superpowers
After a day’s work, she becomes a wilted flower
